Parsnip And Wild Rocket Soup

In ancient Rome, parsnips were considered to be an effective aphrodisiac. We're not totally convinced by that claim, but do know that Dari Kay's Parsnip and Wild Rocket Soup is rather special. This is a warm and fragrant soup, its gentle gold colour flecked with dark green rocket leaves that add a faintly peppery note and balance the natural sweetness of the parsnips.
